Municipalities 5 Star - Water

On August 5, 2008, the water has been privatized. A natural law has become commodity thanks to the PDL and the silent consent of PDminusL. This was enshrined in Article 23 bis of Legislative Decree 112 of Julius Tremorti. The water in private hands is more expensive (as of April came to cost 300% more) and the level of service remains the same as before or worse. If you do not pay protection money to the company you off the counter. The water must remain public. The municipalities will have to stop at Five Stars water privatization. A municipality does not exist without water. Irrigation ditches, streams, brooks, rivers are controlled by the City. If the first does not handle well, the more essential for the community, the City is not required. The City is not a company.
A step by step we take off the air (poisoned by CO2), the sun (covered by smog), food (poisoned by toxic waste), water (privatized). What perverse logic is that? Who are these crazy that we take away the beauty of living? And why do we continue to allow?
They never give up (but the interest?). Neither will we.

The Five Stars correspond to five specific areas: Water, Energy, Development, Environment and Transport. Today I am publishing a post on the Water. Send in your thoughts in the comments.

WATER
1. The water should remain public
2. Define a quantity per capita minimum daily and free to pay the surplus to rising costs in relation to consumption growth
3. In new and restored buildings: mandatory double circuit, drinking water for potable and non potable water for other uses, the requirement to use rainwater for flushing
4. Demand for recovery of rainwater in storage tanks
5. Incentives, wherever possible, wetland plants
6. Restructuring of the water network to reduce losses, with tenders for converting the cost savings in management fees depreciation of investments (on the model of ESCOs)
7. Semi-annual survey of water pollution courses in the municipality with any complaint to the competent authorities
8. Mandatory adoption of water treatment plants (without drainage) in the home and in companies with possible local economic contribution
9. Promoting use of municipal drinking water
10. Promotion detergents with low levels of pollution
